About Dr. Jacobson
Dr. Marc Jacobson, Professor of Pediatrics and Epidemiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, specializes in heart disease prevention and health promotion.
His practice is focused on nutrition, physical activity, and pharmacologic management of children and adolescents from families with early heart disease. Children, adolescents and young adults who have hyperlipidemia, and/or other cardiovascular risk factors including hypertension, obesity and the Metabolic Syndrome will be treated using lifestyle modification and pharmacotherapy. He will also continue to enroll patients in clinical trials of newer treatments as they become available.
